Jonathan Zinman

Jonathan Zinman has served as a Mallinckrodt director since November 2023. His qualifications include a strong track record of maximizing shareholder value, deep leadership experience, and expertise in driving financial and operational transformation for companies navigating complex reorganizations.

Mr. Zinman is currently the managing member of JZ Advisors LLC (JZA), a firm that invests in and provides strategic advice to businesses and investors across a broad range of industries.

With nearly 20 years of experience, Mr. Zinman’s background spans investment analysis focused on event-driven, process-intensive, and post-reorganization situations; board roles for companies emerging from distress; and earlier work as a restructuring lawyer. Prior to founding JZA, he was a managing director at Silver Point Capital (2019–September 2024), and previously held the same role at Solus Alternative Asset Management LP (2012–2019). He also practiced law at Kirkland & Ellis (2007–2012) and served as a board observer for Endo Inc. from April 2024 to January 2025. In addition to serving on our board, he currently sits on the boards of Tradesmen International, LLC, Belk, Inc., MP Topco Holdings, LLC (also known as Maker’s Pride), and Azul Airlines.

Mr. Zinman earned both his Juris Doctor and MBA from the University of Michigan’s Law School and Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
