Christiana Stamoulis
President and Chief Financial Officer
Christiana Stamoulis serves as the company’s President and CFO. She brings 30 years of experience in the biotechnology industry, with expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, strategy, and the origination, structuring, and execution of strategic partnerships and M&A transactions.
Ms. Stamoulis joined Mallinckrodt as President and CFO in September 2025. Before joining Mallinckrodt, she served since February 2019 as Executive Vice President and CFO of Incyte Corp., a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of proprietary therapeutics.
Prior to Incyte, she was President and CFO of Unum Therapeutics and, before that role, served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at Vertex Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Vertex, Ms. Stamoulis spent nearly 15 years as an investment banker and management consultant, serving as a Managing Director in Citigroup's Investment Banking division and a senior investment banker in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs. She began her career as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group.
Ms. Stamoulis currently serves on the Board of Directors of Hologic Inc., a medical technology company. She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
