Leslie Donato

Leslie Donato was appointed as a director in August 2025.

Ms. Donato most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Cencora from 2019-2024. Prior to Cencora, she held leadership roles at Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals from 2009-2019, and began her career at McKinsey, where she was a principal in the healthcare practice and spent 14 years advising executives at top-tier pharmaceutical, biotech, and other healthcare companies.

Outside of her corporate duties, she serves on the board of COPILOT, which provides customized HUB services to the pharmaceutical and lifescience market, and Virtua Health System, an academic health system in southern New Jersey. She has also served on the boards of One Oncology, Edmund Optics, and Haddonfield Educational Trust.

Ms. Donato holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics and Public Policy) from Swarthmore College, and a Master of Business Administration (Finance and Healthcare Management) from Wharton. Her qualifications to serve on our Board include 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry and broad expertise across strategy, corporate development, global marketing, commercialization, and new product development.
