Mick McGuinness

Michael (Mick) McGuinness is expected to serve as Chief Quality Officer at Par Health, leading the company’s global quality strategy, advancing operational performance and a strong quality culture across all operations.

Mr. McGuinness brings over 30 years of experience in quality, technical, and manufacturing leadership across multiple continents. He previously served as Global Head of Quality and Compliance at Endo, Inc. and its predecessor Endo International plc, where he led the design and implementation of global quality frameworks and compliance programs to support regulatory standards and product excellence. 

Mr. McGuinness is a Graduate of the Royal Society of Chemistry, having studied at the University of Hertfordshire.
