Tracy Basso

Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

Tracy Basso serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, leading all aspects of human resources, enabling the development and growth of the company. She served as Chief Human Resources Officer of Endo, Inc. and its predecessor Endo International plc since 2019.

Prior to that, Ms. Basso was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, leading human resources support for Endo’s sterile injectable and generic businesses, as well as operations, quality, and enterprise-wide talent acquisition. She also worked for GlaxoSmithKline and started her career at Best Foods Baking Company.

Ms. Basso holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Iona College.
